What to do with farmer’s markets/CSA produce

Today, DCist (one of my favorite local blogs) has started a new feature called “This Is How We Do.” The idea is to ask local foodies (chefs, restaurant owners, etc.) to describe their favorite to prepare a specific in-season ingredient. This week’s entry starts the series off with peaches. It’s a great idea, as eating locally is an important part of developing sustainable cities.
